Recently, Guangdong Province held a commendation conference for “Outstanding Communist Party Members, Outstanding Party Affairs Workers, and Advanced Grassroots Party Organizations” in Guangzhou. The conference thoroughly studied and implemented Xi Jinping’s thoughts on Party building and the series of important speeches and instructions delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding Guangdong, and commended outstanding Communist Party members, outstanding Party affairs workers, and advanced grassroots Party organizations across the province. Huang Kunming, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Meng Fanli, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of the Province, presided over the meeting. Huang Chuping, Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, also attended the meeting. At the conference, Hu Fan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Organization Department, read aloud the “Decision of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee on Commending Outstanding Communist Party Members, Outstanding Party Affairs Workers, and Advanced Grassroots Party Organizations.” Provincial leaders presented awards to representatives of the commendation recipients.Dr. Ma Jian, Co-founder and CEO of XtalPi, was awarded the title of “Outstanding Communist Party Member of Guangdong Province.”
