Gelonghui, July 1 | Junshi Biosciences (688180.SH) announced that the Company has entered into a licensing agreement with Jiangsu Wanbang Biopharmaceuticals, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fosun Pharmaceutical, granting it the rights to develop, register, manufacture, and commercialize Ruokaoqibai monoclonal antibody (an anti-IL-17A monoclonal antibody) in the Greater China region. The Company will receive an upfront payment of RMB 215 million (including tax), which is non-creditable and non-refundable, and is eligible to receive development and sales milestone payments totaling up to RMB 1.125 billion (including tax), as well as tiered sales royalties based on a double-digit percentage of net sales in the Greater China region.
