One million domestic shares have been fully paid and issued to the subscriber, and the subscription matters and the issuance of subscription shares have been completed.

Accordingly, immediately following the completion of the subscription and the issuance of the subscribed shares, the total number of issued shares of the Company amounted to 38.862 million shares (excluding treasury shares), comprising 8.2686 million non-listed shares and 30.5934 million H shares (excluding treasury shares).
