Yesterday, the Hebei Provincial Centralized Procurement Center for Medical Drugs and Devices issued the "Notice on Publicizing the Online Listing of Certain Qualifying Drugs," and released the list of chemical drugs meeting the criteria for online listing as well as the list of those not meeting the criteria, drawing widespread attention from the industry.
The "Notice" points out that, in accordance with Hebei Province's regulations requiring the listing price of chemical drugs to be no higher than the lowest price within the same group, the drugs eligible for online listing in June are hereby publicized. The publicization period is from June 24, 2026, to June 28, 2026. According to the review, there are 11 chemical drugs eligible for online listing in June, including Acetylmidecamycin Dry Suspension, Atenolol Tablets, Acyclovir Eye Drops, Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Eye Drops, Compound Gentian and Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets, Soda Lime, Hydrocortisone Tablets, Arginine Hydrochloride Injection, Lidocaine Hydrochloride Mucilage (I), Defibrase for Injection, and Zolmitriptan Tablets.
Among these 11 drugs, 10 pharmaceutical manufacturers are involved, with Huaqing Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. XinXiang having the most products, totaling 2. The product with the lowest proposed listing price is Acyclovir Eye Drops, priced at 4.65 yuan; the product with the highest proposed listing price is Defibrase for Injection, priced at 245 yuan. Meanwhile, in June, a total of 117 chemical drugs did not meet the conditions for online listing, including Alprazolam Tablets, Paracetamol and Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride and Chlorphenamine Maleate Oral Solution, Ribavirin Injection, Erythromycin Ointment, etc. The reasons for non-compliance were varied, with the top three being exceeding the lowest price in the same group, centralized procurement under the same generic name, and exclusivity. Notably, drugs exceeding the lowest price in the same group accounted for over 58.97%.
