Recently, Artivila Biopharma announced the successful completion of a Series A financing round totaling nearly RMB 100 million. This round was led by Green Pine Capital Partners, with follow-on participation from Junyi Investment and other investors, and WinX Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for subsequent financing.

The proceeds from this round will be primarily used to strengthen research and development platforms and product pipeline development, support company operations and international business development, with particular emphasis on clinical development of core pipelines, expansion of indications, and Investigational New Drug applications, in preparation for future initial public offering submissions.

To date, Artivila Biopharma has raised a cumulative total of nearly RMB 400 million, which fully demonstrates the capital market's strong recognition of the company's platform competitiveness, innovative drug pipeline potential, and long-term growth prospects, enabling the realization of its long-term strategic objectives.

Looking ahead, Artivila Biopharma will continue to uphold independent innovation in core technologies, further deepen the integration of artificial intelligence technologies throughout the entire drug research and development process, and continuously optimize the efficiency and precision of key stages including target discovery, molecular design, and preclinical research. The company will accelerate the research and development progress of its existing preclinical and clinical-stage pipelines, striving to bring more innovative drugs to market as soon as possible to address unmet medical needs of patients.

In addition, Artivila Biopharma will actively expand its global collaboration network, strengthen synergies with multinational pharmaceutical companies and clinical research institutions, and leverage capital and industrial resources to advance the international deployment of its products, laying a solid foundation for future initial public offering and ultimately fulfilling its corporate mission of empowering innovative drug research and development with artificial intelligence to benefit patients worldwide.
