(hereinafter referred to as “Juncell Therapeutics”) has submitted an application for a main board listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange,CITIC Securitiesas the exclusive sponsor. The company had previously filed its application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 10, 2025. According to the prospectus, Juncell Therapeutics was established in 2019 and is a biotechnology enterprise focused on the research, development, and commercialization of cell therapies for solid tumors.
