Invitation to the 2023 Summit on the Integrated Development of Health Insurance and Health Management
With the continued advancement of the Healthy China strategy, coupled with sustained economic development and rising public health awareness in China, both the health insurance sector and the broader health industry have entered a phase of rapid growth.
In 2021, the “14th Five-Year Plan for National Healthcare Security” issued by the General Office of the State Council proposed encouraging commercial insurance institutions to provide comprehensive health insurance products and services across multiple fields, including medical care, disease management, rehabilitation, long-term care, and maternity. Previously, the General Office of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) released the Notice on Regulating Health Management Services of Insurance Companies, further standardizing the health management service practices of insurance companies and promoting the steady development of commercial health insurance. The integration of health insurance with health management and the construction of a broader health ecosystem have become industry consensus and trends, emerging as a significant force supporting the healthy development of China’s healthcare sector.
As the official and authoritative media outlet under the National Financial Regulatory Administration, China Banking and Insurance Media plans to co-host the “2023 Conference on the Integrated Development of Health Insurance and Health Management” in partnership with the China Economic Media Association and the China Health Promotion Foundation. The conference will invite chairmen, general managers, senior executives, expert professors, and economists from national-level associations, financial regulatory bodies, renowned listed companies, large state-owned public mutual funds, commercial banks, major insurance institutions, well-known securities firms, and leading domestic and international universities’ finance departments, as well as relevant leaders from the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Additionally, the conference will collaborate with PwC, a globally renowned consulting firm, to release the report titled “Strategize and Act Swiftly: Seizing Blue Ocean Market Opportunities and Accelerating the Creation of a Localized ‘Health Insurance + Health Management’ New Ecosystem.”
We cordially invite the principal executives and heads of relevant departments from your company to attend the meeting.
