The stricter the national regulations on the medical aesthetics industry, the more advantageous it is for companies that operate in compliance. From the very beginning of its R&D efforts, Increa Medical has been developing innovative, compliant products that truly address clinical pain points, based on the principles of evidence-based medicine and clinical practice. In terms of product development, we adhere to5Grand DesignDNAGuided by the principle of placing intellectual property at the core, we collaborate with physicians and our team to co-create high-quality products that meet clinical needs. In terms of manufacturing, we possess over 1,000 square meters of Class 10,000 cleanroom facilities./Class 100,000 Cleanroom Production Environment: Integrating Premium Top-Tier Industry Supply Chains to Effectively Control Raw Materials and Processes, Achieving High-Efficiency, High-Quality Delivery Through High-Precision Semi-Automated and Fully Automated Assembly Equipment.Discussing the development of Increa Medical, founder Luo Qing could hardly conceal his pride and excitement.

Since graduating from university, Luo Qing has been deeply engaged in the medical device industry. During this period, he gained experience at world-class contract design/manufacturing (ODM/OEM) companies in the medical and aesthetic medicine sectors, including SHL Medical in Sweden, Smiths Medical in the United States, and Flex/Estee Lauder (Rodan + Fields) in the United States.

By chance, Luo Qing and his friend discovered that the mesotherapy injector is an indispensable “must-have” device in medical aesthetic clinics and beauty salons. However, at that time, most mesotherapy injectors on the domestic market were imported from South Korea, suffering from issues such as high cost, excessive noise, slow injection speed, small screens, and UI interaction systems that did not align with the operational habits of Chinese physicians.

The medical aesthetics device industry is technology-driven. At that time, established foreign companies dominated the majority of the market among compliant medical aesthetics institutions in China, leveraging their strong brand and technological advantages. The seed of “achieving import substitution for medical aesthetics devices” was quietly sown in Luo Qing’s mind.

In 2019, Luo Qing co-founded Ainuoke Medical Aesthetics Technology (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. with a close friend. Prior to the official project initiation, the two thoroughly organized and planned the entire product pipeline and patent layout. Subsequently, they collaborated with contract manufacturers to complete the first generation of REMEE.®electronic syringe, becoming one of the first enterprises in China to obtain the registration certificate for mesotherapy devices.

While spearheading the development of multiple innovative medical aesthetic products for Rodan + Fields in the United States, Luo Qing gained profound insight that a “device + consumables” home-use combination strategy delivers superior product experience and efficacy to customers. To align with business expansion, Luo Qing established Increa Medical Technologies (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Increa Medical”) in 2021 and launched the Aimeijing Needle.®Jiuzhen obtained the NMPA Class III medical device registration certificate in August this year.

Ingenious “Precision Graduations” and “Eight-Point Force Distribution” Solve Challenges Such as Leakage and Pain with Nine-Needle Devices

Although multiple types of microneedles are currently available on the market, some products suffer from issues such as leakage, slow injection speed, and significant injection pain. The underlying reason is that traditional mesotherapy needles lack any graduation marks, forcing physicians to rely primarily on visual observation and tactile feedback during injection. If the needle depth is set too long, skin pain becomes pronounced. Conversely, if the needle depth is set too short, leakage occurs, preventing the skin from properly absorbing the injectable solution.

After repeated design prototyping and validation, Increa Medical has independently developed a sterile disposable injection needle (Aimei Jing Needle®Nine Needles), and obtained the Class III medical device registration certificate and production license from China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in August 2023.

This is a thin-walled, negative-pressure, nine-needle device with precise, adjustable settings. It features an ultra-fine needle with high tip rigidity, remaining unbent after 200 repeated punctures, and causes minimal pain during injection. The ultra-thin wall ensures smooth injection flow. A complete range of needle gauges is available, covering 32G, 33G, and 34G. It is compatible with compliant and approved medical aesthetic mesotherapy devices, such as electronic syringes, electronic syringe control booster units, facial skin injection pumps, and skin injection pumps, thereby establishing a comprehensive, precise, and safe drug delivery system.

To facilitate precise physician operation, Increa Medical has thoughtfully designedGraduated Adjustment Needle Hub, through precise adjustment knobs, accurately control the needle extension length, effectively reducing leakage and promoting better skin absorption. In addition, Increa Medical has pioneered“Eight-Point Load-Bearing”technology, which for the first time implements and upgrades the needle lubrication principle by reducing the contact area from a “surface” to a “point,” thereby minimizing the needle tip’s contact area with the human body to reduce pain and facilitate easier injection of the medicinal solution.

“Injectables + Energy-Based Devices”: Advancing in Tandem, Enhancing Beauty Through Technology

Regarding the development of Increa Medical, Luo Qing has long envisioned a clear roadmap. In the future, the company will expand into medical aesthetic optoelectronic devices while strengthening its existing product lines, leveraging technology to enhance human beauty.

When it comes to global expansion, Luo Qing cherishes his reputation.

“We are definitely going to expand overseas, but we are not in a rush to do so right now. Before going global, the company must achieve excellence in high-quality product innovation and ensure the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and reliability. After all, as a Chinese medical aesthetics manufacturer expanding internationally, we cannot allow others to perceive our domestically produced devices as following a low-end copycat strategy. Therefore, we will first strengthen our core capabilities within the domestic market, and only after refining our products to perfection will we enter overseas markets,” said Luo Qing. “We will not make a move unless we are fully prepared; when we do, we aim for immediate success and victory in our initial endeavors.”
