Guiyang-Guian and Lianren Health Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Advance Western Health Medical Big Data Center

This strategic cooperation is established among the Guiyang Municipal People’s Government, the Administrative Committee of Guian New Area, and LIANREN Digital Health, adhering to the principles of complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, deepened collaboration, and joint development. Relying on the strategic cooperation framework between LIANREN Digital Health and the Guizhou Provincial Health Commission, the parties will establish a company with independent legal person status, registered in the directly administered area of Guian New Area.Western Health Medical Big Data Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Western Company”), to undertake functions such as data transaction circulation, development, and operation for the Western Center. The People’s Government of Guiyang City and the Administrative Committee of Guian New Area will fully leverage their resource advantages in terms of industry, policy, and location, while deeply integrating the shareholder, technological, talent, industry, and ecological resources of LIANREN Digital Health, fromData Operations, Industry Promotion, Industrial Capital...and collaborate from multiple perspectives to empower the high-quality development of the digital economy.
