Sinovation’s Q300 Microsurgical Robotic System for Neurosurgery has pioneered China’s first integrated solution combining navigation and directional guidance. Its performance and safety have been fundamentally improved compared to similar products, placing it at an internationally leading technological level with significant clinical value. The Q300 was included in the “Special Review Procedure for Innovative Medical Devices” (Innovation Channel) by the Center for Medical Device Evaluation of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and received NMPA market approval in early 2022.

The Q300 integrates a top-tier infrared optical localizer, a high-precision robotic arm, and advanced image registration algorithms, achieving sub-millimeter (<1 mm) positioning accuracy. It supports various minimally invasive procedures, including minimally invasive drainage for intracerebral hemorrhage and biopsy of intracranial lesions. Its exceptional positioning accuracy serves as a critical safeguard for surgical safety.


Compact and space-saving

The micro-surgical robot is only as large as an adult's palm, occupying no operating room or surgeon workspace. It can freely adjust its height and angle relative to the surgical table during procedures, ensuring the most comfortable operative experience for the surgeon at all times.


Simple and time-saving, a complete replacement for traditional stereotactic head frames

Eliminating the need for preoperative marker placement or metal localization head frames, as well as additional preoperative localization imaging scans, the robot automatically “aims” at the target strictly according to the surgical plan formulated by the physician during surgery. This achieves rapid and precise localization of intracranial targets, reduces preoperative preparation time by approximately one hour, and significantly enhances surgical efficiency.


More suitable for promotion and application in primary healthcare institutions

The Q300 neurosurgical microsurgical robot, independently developed and manufactured by Sinovation with full proprietary intellectual property rights, offers a lower acquisition cost compared to large-scale surgical robotic systems. It is better suited for neurosurgery departments in China’s extensive network of primary and secondary hospitals to perform minimally invasive treatments for common conditions such as cerebral hemorrhage.
