Yilianzhong Partners with Investors to Establish SanYi Big Data Company, Advancing the 'Triple-Med' Data Industry Ecosystem

To actively implement the deployment requirements of the “14th Five-Year Plan for Digital Fujian in Fujian Province,” and guided by documents such as the “Action Plan for Promoting High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals (2023–2028),” the “14th Five-Year Plan for Public Services,” the “Detailed Rules for the Supervision of Internet Diagnosis and Treatment (Trial),” the “14th Five-Year Plan for National Health Informatization,” and the “Special Plan for Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System in Fujian Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period,” YLZ Information Technology Co., Ltd., together with Fujian Big Data Industry Investment Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Yidai Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), jointly established Fujian Xingyi San-Yi Big Data Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “San-Yi Big Data Company”) on August 29, 2023. This initiative aims to deeply explore the potential and value of data elements in medical insurance, medical care, and pharmaceuticals (hereinafter referred to as “San-Yi”), empower the development of the economy, society, and livelihood services, and support the construction of Digital Fujian and Healthy Fujian.

Since its establishment, San Yi Big Data Company has focused on the “three medicals” sector—healthcare, health insurance, and pharmaceuticals. By leveraging technologies such as blockchain and privacy-preserving computation, the company conducts data analysis and processing while ensuring data security and privacy. It develops data models for third-party institutions, including banks, insurance companies, healthcare providers, health management organizations, elderly care facilities, pharmaceutical enterprises, and medical research institutions. Additionally, it offers data-driven service products such as financial risk control, product pricing consultation, underwriting and claims settlement, customer acquisition and precision marketing push services, and support for pharmaceutical R&D. These solutions help relevant institutions mitigate business risks, reduce labor and operational costs, and enhance work efficiency and market expansion effectiveness.

In the future, San Yi Big Data Company will leverage Fujian Province’s “San Yi” (healthcare, medical insurance, and pharmaceutical) data elements to extensively connect with the “San Yi” industry through data. This initiative aims to further promote cross-industry data integration and innovative applications, create a series of high-value typical application scenarios for “San Yi” data elements, meet diverse needs such as industrial development, public livelihood services, and personal health management, foster a prosperous “San Yi” data industry ecosystem, support the development of Fujian Province’s digital economy, and strive to introduce a batch of digital economy models and case references with Fujian characteristics to the rest of China.
