Since completing its Series A equity financing in 2022, Full-Life Technologies has achieved multiple significant milestones, including but not limited to:
● Advance the Company’s lead drug candidate, 225Ac-FL-020, into Phase I clinical trials for the target indication of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (“mCRPC”). The clinical trial is expected to be conducted simultaneously in Europe and the United States in early 2024. Full-Life Technologies’ PSMA-targeting vector FL-020 is specifically designed to deliver the high-efficiency alpha-particle emitting isotope Actinium-225.
● Built a robust preclinical portfolio featuring First-in-class and Best-in-class candidates, underpinned by the company’s proprietary, pioneering UniRDC™ discovery platform. This exclusive platform is designed to accelerate and streamline the discovery process for radiopharmaceutical conjugates.
● Acquired a 17,000-square-meter plot in the Walloon Region of Belgium and obtained the relevant building permits; construction has commenced on a modern GMP-compliant radiopharmaceutical production facility with a footprint of 4,000 square meters. This facility is designed to advance Full-Life Technologies’ end-to-end industry solutions and enable the production of a diverse portfolio of radiopharmaceuticals.
²²⁵Ac-FL-020 is an innovative next-generation PSMA radioligand therapy candidate under development by Full-Life Technologies, designed for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (“mCRPC”). Its targeting vector, FL-020, was developed using Full-Life Technologies’ proprietary Clear-X™ linker technology, which significantly enhances drug uptake efficiency at tumor sites while ensuring rapid systemic clearance. In preclinical models, ²²⁵Ac-FL-020 has demonstrated promising antitumor efficacy.
UniRDC™ is a proprietary platform independently developed by Full-Life Technologies, designed to enhance the discovery efficiency of RDC drug candidates. The platform’s development timeline—from initial target identification to obtaining RDC candidates with human biodistribution data—does not exceed 18 months, a milestone that has been repeatedly validated. Built upon Full-Life Technologies’ robust screening capabilities, UniRDC™ encompasses a diverse range of modalities, including small molecules, cyclic peptides, and nanobodies. At its core lies a comprehensive suite of proprietary synthetic chemistry and protein engineering tools, featuring the Clear-X™ linker and Res-X™ modification technology. These toolkits have proven instrumental in rapidly converting affinity-matured binders into developmental candidates with optimal therapeutic biodistribution profiles.
