In terms of value creation, Siyi anchors its approach in caring for family members by exclusively innovating and launching medical consultation features such as "Family Sharing" (instant access via WeChat cards) and "Kinship Accompaniment" (three-party video calls for remote families). Sharing requires only a one-click forward to WeChat; family members can initiate calls instantly without the hassle of installing, registering, logging in, or activating the app. This ultra-simplified, age-friendly design also allows users to join three-way video consultations with their family members and doctors. Siyi delivers professional, high-quality, real-time video medical services to both individual households and the broader community, accompanying every family as they move steadily forward.
Si Yi will continuously drive product innovation based on employee needs, customizing specialized zones for specific specialties and conditions by addressing the needs of segmented populations (such as the elderly, pain patients, and children) and health stratification levels (such as primary care, chronic disease management, and health promotion).
