Another major highlight topping the search rankings is,China’s First Cloud Hospital Officially Launches Operations

A total of 100 primary healthcare institutions were among the first to join the “Ningbo Cloud Hospital” platform, with 226 specialist physicians and family doctors under contract. Initially, four “cloud clinics” were launched online on the Ningbo Cloud Hospital platform, covering hypertension, diabetes, psychological counseling, and general practice. Furthermore, Ningbo Cloud Hospital has achieved interoperability with third-party entities such as local chain pharmacies. E-prescriptions issued by “cloud doctors” can be seamlessly transmitted to these chain pharmacies, allowing residents to pick up medications at nearby locations or opt for delivery services based on their needs. A dynamic health record has also been established for each Ningbo resident. Citizens can access their health data via the “Handheld Cloud Hospital” mobile app (currently available only for Android devices) and use it as a tool for self-managed health care.
