Makovsky Health, a health communications firm, and Kelton, a strategic research company, recently conducted the fifth edition of their nationwide online healthcare survey, “Pulse of Online Health.” The findings reveal shifts in patients’ willingness and habits regarding personal health management, ranging from online searches to the use of wearable devices. VCBeat notes that the survey results appear highly optimistic. According to the survey, 79% of Americans are willing to use wearable devices for health management.
