Job Responsibilities:

1. Operation of social new media such as Weibo, WeChat, and forums
2. Writing and editing of press releases, promotional materials, advertorials, and other articles
3. Planning and Execution of Online and Offline Events
4. Media Relations Maintenance

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, communication, or related fields
2. Strong interest in major social media platforms
3. Strong writing skills and teamwork ability
4. Agile thinker, conscientious and responsible in work, with independent insights
5.1-2+ years of relevant work experience in media

Job Responsibilities:

Based on the company’s performance objectives, participated in the creation and positioning of brands under the company’s portfolio and developed brand guidelines;
Participate in the standardization of the company's brand architecture and implement the corresponding brand strategy;
Standardize the company’s brand description and identity system: Collaborate with relevant departments to identify and document brand attributes and narratives; master the core essence and standards of all brands, and oversee their accurate application in communications and visual identity.
Brand Communication; develop effective communication channels and methods, formulate and execute creative brand promotion plans; establish, maintain, and expand relationships with national media outlets, including print, online, and new media, to facilitate positive brand coverage; support the Group’s Marketing Department and subordinate hotels in their brand marketing campaigns; manage and update brand-related content on the corporate website; maintain and cultivate relationships with national media, including print, digital, and new media platforms.

Job Requirements:

Relevant experience in brand management; prior experience at a public relations agency is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Journalism and Marketing.
Capable of working independently.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify challenges facing the brand and lead the team in developing solutions.
Excellent cross-departmental communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with the media
Possesses strong independent writing and editorial skills, along with keen news sensitivity; capable of crafting clear, high-impact copy that effectively communicates the essence and unique attributes of a brand.
Strong planning skills, with the ability to align diverse creative ideas and activities with business objectives; strict adherence to deadlines.
Capable of rapidly identifying significant changes in both internal company dynamics and external markets, responding with agility, and effectively incorporating these changes into strategic plans for management.
