“Super Vaccine Schedule,” a product under Beijing iKang Woodpecker Technology Co., Ltd., is the only mobile internet tool in China that supports time-slot appointment scheduling for vaccination. It was recognized as one of the Top 10 Mobile Health Applications of 2014, ranked among the Top 10 Best Applications in Baidu’s inaugural “Golden Bear Paw” Awards, and received the “Outstanding Entrepreneurship Award” at the 2015 Innovative e-Health Competition.

The following positions are open to talented individuals:
I. Customer Service Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for answering the customer service hotline, providing online responses to user inquiries, resolving user issues, and maintaining detailed records of problems;
2. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved immediately to the relevant departments for resolution, track the progress of issue resolution, and provide timely responses to customers;
3. Responsible for collecting and organizing user suggestions, and submitting them to the relevant departments;
4. Responsible for handling customer service appointments, complaints, after-sales follow-ups, and related issues;

Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher; candidates with a background in medicine or related fields are preferred.
2. More than one year of practical work experience, with strong learning ability and team spirit
3. Standard Mandarin pronunciation, clear articulation, and agile thinking;
4. Chinese typing speed of 40+ words per minute; proficient in common office software
5. No gender restriction, age 20-28 years old.
6. Demonstrates professionalism and a proactive, positive work attitude;
7. Possess the ability to handle tasks independently and utilize time effectively;

II. Offline Promotion Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct various product promotion activities within the designated area, and provide on-site assistance to users for downloading, installing, and using the product;
2. Collect user experience and feedback, and submit them to the product department in a timely manner;
3. Assist the business team in maintaining cooperative relationships with partners within the designated region;

Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above; candidates with majors in immunology, preventive medicine, pharmacy, biology, or related fields are preferred.
2. More than one year of practical work experience, with strong learning ability and team spirit
3. Ability to work under high pressure and undertake short-term business trips
4. Demonstrates professionalism and a proactive, positive work attitude;
5. Possess the ability to handle tasks independently and utilize time effectively;

III. Mobile Product Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the entire product lifecycle and accountable for product-related metrics;
2. Independently conduct requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and detailed functional design for iOS and Android mobile applications as well as the system backend, and author terminal product requirement documents;
3. Conduct in-depth research on the market and user needs to continuously enhance product user experience;
4. Responsible for the interactive design (UE design) of products, continuously optimizing product usability;
5. Collaborate closely with interfacing departments such as R&D, Testing, and Marketing & Operations to assess departmental requirements and drive their execution.
6. Pursue the ultimate user experience, emphasize data-driven decision-making, and maintain a strong results-oriented mindset.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of product management experience and 3+ years of experience in mobile product management;
2. Experience with three or more complete Android or iOS client-side projects, with familiarity in the entire product lifecycle;
3. A seasoned mobile phone enthusiast, proficient in the features of Android or iOS platforms, and familiar with the functions and characteristics of mainstream mobile applications;
4. Proficient in using major product tools:
5. Possess systems thinking, learning agility, execution capability, communication and coordination skills, and creative thinking, with a keen sense of user experience;
6. Capable of handling significant work pressure with a strong sense of responsibility
7. Prior experience in the mobile healthcare industry is preferred

IV. Product Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participated in and was responsible for the basic prototype design, interaction design, and PRD writing for parts of the iOS and Android client applications
2. Communicate with UI, RD, and QA teams, and coordinate to follow up on project progress.
3. Track app-related data, conduct analysis, and propose corresponding improvement recommendations
4. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and improving product-related materials

Job Requirements:
1. Passionate about and attentive to product development and user experience in the mobile internet sector;
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, with one year or more of work experience in product-related roles;
3. Data enthusiast, adhering to a data-first philosophy, with certain data analysis skills and logical thinking;
4. Familiar with iOS and Android operating systems and the use of various apps;
5. Young fathers or mothers are preferred;

V. Offline Marketing Intern
Job Responsibilities:
1. Field-oriented role: Conduct offline marketing activities in communities to increase the download, installation, and usage of company products;
2. Other ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:
1. Currently enrolled junior or senior university students with ample availability (required to be present at least 4 days per week; leave may be granted for urgent university matters). Proficient in using smartphones, with basic competency in office software and internet knowledge.

VI. APP Channel Business Cooperation Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for channel promotion of the company's mobile client, with accountability for user growth
2. Identify appropriate channels based on product attributes and target user characteristics.
3. Propose suitable cooperation plans based on different channels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure their implementation.
4. Maintain relationships with channels
5. Track promotional performance data to continuously optimize campaign quality

Job Requirements:
1. At least one year of experience in mobile app promotion, with preference given to candidates with background in maternal and infant care or healthcare sectors
2. Upright, grounded, and pragmatic, with strong execution and action-oriented capabilities; skilled in interpersonal relations, with excellent communication and expression skills;

VII. Community Hospital Business Cooperation Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Introduce the vaccine appointment system to community hospitals within the designated area, establish partnerships, manage contracts, and coordinate post-launch activities to ensure the achievement of hospital onboarding targets;
2. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to plan and organize various activities, continuously enhancing product awareness and market share;
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the operational status within the assigned territory, and promptly provide rational recommendations to the company regarding market dynamics;
4. Maintain cooperative relationships with the community hospitals developed;
