◆ Industry Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct dynamic and thematic research on competitors, industry trends, and policies based on the company's business needs

2. Establish research frameworks for specialized fields and draft related research reports

3. Facilitate the practical implementation and alignment of industry research findings with business units, investment departments, incubation teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

4. Assist with other affairs of the Company’s Strategy Department.

◆ Investment Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
1. Expand the sources of strategic investment projects and assist in establishing stable project channels

2. Refine and establish a project selection methodology and mechanism

3. Continuously identify and track high-quality healthcare projects (primarily early-stage), and recommend and complete the investment process

4. Assist with other investment-related matters of the company
