▍Medical Resource Cooperation Specialist (All Provinces in China)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Advance the expansion of regional medical resources in alignment with the company’s strategic development goals, thereby achieving medical cooperation objectives and sales targets;
2. Responsible for expanding regional medical collaborations, and actively developing and maintaining business relationships with hospitals and experts;
3. Responsible for the design, negotiation, and implementation of regional medical cooperation projects;
5. Responsible for executing the offline promotion of the Guahao.com platform within hospitals in the designated region;
6. Based on regional healthcare market conditions, coordinate with the company to ensure the implementation and deployment of new products and services;
7. Collaborate closely with other departments within the company to complete other work tasks assigned by superior leadership.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Computer Science, or related fields;
2. Possess over 5 years of industry sales experience in hospital management, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, or healthcare information; prior experience in managing sales teams is preferred;
3. Understand national health policies and the operational dynamics of healthcare institutions; possess familiarity with the market for healthcare informatics products and experience in collaborating with regional healthcare institutions;
4. Strong decision-making and efficient execution capabilities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for work;
5. Possess excellent verbal communication skills and business negotiation abilities, with the confidence and maturity to deliver presentations and engage in exchanges in public settings;
6. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and service orientation, demonstrate diligence and resilience, exhibit excellent teamwork spirit, maintain professionalism and dedication to the role, and be willing to travel as required;
7. Priority will be given to candidates with work experience in Grade A tertiary hospitals or health administrative authorities, and those with professional networks within the healthcare system.

▍Senior Java Development Engineer (Hangzhou)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical architecture design, refactoring, and optimization; formulate application architecture solutions based on business and technical planning;
2. Tackling key technical challenges to continuously enhance the high-throughput processing performance of core systems under high concurrency and heavy request loads;
3. Architecture and coding of core functionalities; development and maintenance of shared core system modules;
4. Analyze system bottlenecks, resolve various complex and challenging issues, and perform system performance tuning;

▍ Product Operations (Hangzhou)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop effective online and offline operational processes and strategies in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
2. Responsible for the operational implementation and execution of the company's internet products targeted at physician users;
3. Collaborate with Product Directors to analyze and improve products, coordinate with other departments to achieve established targets within the implementation of the product operation system;
Job Requirements:
1. Possess an innovative spirit that breaks through conventional thinking, a strong willingness to participate in entrepreneurship, and the professional quality of rising to challenges;
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least three years of experience in internet product operations; candidates with a proven track record of successful product operations or prior experience in medical product operations will be given preference;
3. Possess excellent communication, analytical, and solution design skills;
4. Strong self-directed work capability, with a certain degree of leadership without formal authority and team influence;
