The Sichuan Famous Doctors Platform has currently amassed over 200,000 followers and onboarded 5,000 physicians from Chengdu and other key cities in Sichuan Province. In the future, Sichuan Famous Doctors will leverage medical big data to develop China’s first internet-based product for precise patient navigation, establish support communities for patients with complex, chronic, and severe conditions, and effectively match renowned medical experts with patient needs.

Job Requirements

1. Responsible for the company's technical direction, technical planning, and strategic implementation, providing comprehensive technical support for business development;
2. Determine the company's technological development roadmap and plan the technical architecture of its products;
3. Tiered development and management of the company’s technical team, including their training, performance evaluation, and incentives;
4. Lead the technical team and organize the implementation of the annual work plan to achieve annual targets;
5. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of project development or implementation and overseeing the overall project schedule;
6. Responsible for coordinating collaboration across projects, departments, and technical domains;

Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in the internet industry, with preference given to candidates with over 3 years of app development experience
2. Possess team management experience, having managed at least one or two teams and successfully delivered more than three development projects; candidates with a proven track record of leading teams to successfully develop and launch multiple mobile applications will be given priority.
3. Candidates with experience in e-commerce are preferred; those with relevant experience in the internet healthcare industry are also preferred.
4. Possess capabilities in object-oriented analysis, design, and development (OOA, OOD, OOP); proficient in UML and Rational Rose; skilled in using tools such as Vision, Rose, and PowerDesigner for design and development.
5. Familiar with database applications such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Hadoop; prior experience with NoSQL is preferred.
6. Familiarity with popular open-source frameworks and experience reading their source code; candidates with prior experience in extending or developing based on open-source frameworks are preferred.
7. Familiar with agile development methodologies, proficient in software quality management, and possess extensive code review experience; candidates with practical Scrum application experience are preferred.
