Main Business

1. Technical services for the operation of e-commerce in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, primarily involving the development and operation of e-commerce platforms for clients, the establishment of pharmaceutical e-commerce processes and management systems, and the provision of various technical services such as the development and maintenance of e-commerce CRM systems and ERP integration systems.

In addition, Daotuo Technology also helps online pharmacies integrate with third-party e-commerce trading platforms, such as JD.com, Tmall, and Yihaodian. It is responsible for the operation of their online flagship stores, mainly including: online store application and decoration, database construction and processing, customer service, express delivery and services, operational promotion, daily operation and maintenance, product and sales management, customer relationship maintenance, and platform relationship maintenance.

On the other hand, Datuo Technology also assists online pharmacies in building their talent pools. For instance, it provides team training for online pharmacies, covering areas such as technical support for online operations, product management, digital marketing planning, and pre-sales and after-sales customer service.

2. Medical and healthcare information consulting services. Daotuo Pharmaceutical has two internet healthcare products: the medical portal website “Doctor Online” and the post-discharge patient management system “Yi Lu Ban.”

Similar to the current major medical portal websites, in addition to health information, Doctor Online also provides online doctor consultation services and some basic appointment registration services. However, "Doctor Online" focuses on physical examinations, cosmetic and plastic surgery, and oncology.

Yi Lu Ban is a comprehensive platform designed for physician management and facilitating doctor-patient communication.

3. Medical device distribution, which primarily involves the direct procurement of medical devices and their distribution to customers such as medical device retail and circulation enterprises, thereby generating profit from the price differential between purchase and sales. The products involved are mainly Class II medical devices, including blood glucose test strips, blood glucose meters, condoms, hearing aids, nasal sprays, and wheelchairs.

Daotuo Pharmaceutical has long relied on internal funds for development, with relatively limited financing channels. By going public, the company can leverage capital markets to secure financing, enabling the rapid replication of its business model and thereby expanding its market scale. Currently, Daotuo Pharmaceutical’s operations are primarily concentrated in East China.

With a chain of physical pharmacies and an online consultation platform, Daotuo Pharmaceutical may also venture into pharmaceutical e-commerce in the future. However, competition in this sector is already relatively intense. According to the CFDA website, there are 388 enterprises qualified to operate online pharmacies.
