On January 17, the signing ceremony for the establishment of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Research Center, jointly initiated by the China Rehabilitation Medical Institutions Alliance and Beijing Fukangjia Technology Co., Ltd., was held at the Peking University Boya International Hotel.
It is reported that the China Rehabilitation Medical Institutions Alliance and Beijing Fukangjia Technology Co., Ltd. have joined forces to establish the “Comprehensive Rehabilitation Research Center,” aiming to better disseminate rehabilitation knowledge, build a collaborative innovation system for comprehensive rehabilitation, and create a national research center for rehabilitation medicine.
Guan Changping, Secretary-General of the Wu Jieping Medical Foundation, also expressed the high importance attached to this collaboration. Guan noted that since its establishment, the China Rehabilitation Medical Institutions Alliance has gained industry recognition and support. Looking ahead, the Alliance will continue to deepen its engagement in the field of rehabilitation and contribute to its development.

It is reported that the China Rehabilitation Medical Institutions Alliance was established on November 1, 2015, jointly initiated by the Wu Jieping Medical Foundation and Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital. The alliance aims to facilitate exchanges among various rehabilitation institutions across China in areas such as hospital development and talent cultivation. Its primary tasks include enhancing the clinical diagnostic and therapeutic skills as well as academic research capabilities of rehabilitation physicians and therapists; updating rehabilitation concepts, standardizing rehabilitation techniques, optimizing rehabilitation processes, and continuously improving rehabilitation service capacity; and promoting the early realization of the goal of universal access to rehabilitation services.
Beijing Fukangjia Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2008, with its core management team composed of graduates from Peking University and the Open University of Hong Kong. In 2013, the company entered the field of remote rehabilitation medical services. It has built a telemedicine service system centered on rehabilitation medicine and supplemented by general practice services, and established an O2O model for telemedicine through cooperative operations with offline physical rehabilitation hospitals.
