OASIS Healthcare assists nurses in establishing their own nursing studios, enabling independent practice and entrepreneurship. This model offers higher earnings, flexibility, and convenience by allowing nurses to provide services locally without night shifts. Nurse Studio is an independent practice platform provided by OASIS Healthcare for nurses, enabling them to independently manage client orders, disseminate nursing knowledge, deliver personalized care services, schedule their own service hours, and facilitate communication between nurses and patients.

Job Responsibilities of the Head Nurse:

1. Fully responsible for clinical nursing and management, including task allocation for nursing services, quality and safety supervision, customer service, and quality feedback;

2. Responsible for recruiting full-time and part-time nurses and building the nursing team;

3. Participate in the establishment of clinics and hospitals in the designated city, and be responsible for home care and related management.

Head Nurse Qualifications:

1. Graduate from a recognized nursing program with an associate degree or higher, holding a valid Nurse Practitioner License, and possessing over 10 years of clinical nursing experience;

2. Possess at least three years of experience as a head nurse in a hospital rated Level II or above; candidates under the age of 45 will be given preference;

3. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and robust management awareness;
