As living standards improve, various chronic diseases have gradually become the primary culprits threatening public health and compromising quality of life. The key to managing chronic conditions lies in combining in-hospital treatment with out-of-hospital care. This approach places significant demands on healthcare professionals, a challenge that is being alleviated by improvements in the tiered diagnosis and treatment system and the increasing liberalization of multi-site practice for physicians. For medical groups, the competence of medical and nursing staff not only affects patients’ immediate well-being but also directly influences the company’s future development—a point clearly recognized by Runer Group.

Runer Group is an internationally standardized chain medical service group, possessing a nationwide network of specialized diabetes hospitals, diabetes lifestyle centers, traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy clinics, and chronic disease management services. By integrating O2O mobile healthcare (the Jindian Tangyi APP), it provides doctors and nurses with a comprehensive, multi-dimensional, and promising career platform, while delivering safe, effective, scientifically rational, considerate, and convenient comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and health management services to a broad population of patients with chronic diseases.

Having dedicated fifteen years to the field of diabetes care, Runer Group understands the inconvenience and suffering patients endure due to the lack of personal physicians. Drawing on advanced diabetes management practices from the United States, Japan, Taiwan, and other regions, and tailored to China’s specific context, the Group has developed a management model exclusively for Chinese diabetes patients—C&S Full-Time Care. This model integrates Care and Service to provide patients with meticulous attention, reflecting the original commitment of every healthcare professional.

What Is the C&S Full-Time Care Management Model? “C&S Full-Time Care” is a chronic disease management model meticulously developed by Runer Group, integrating high-quality online and offline medical resources and service capabilities. Centered on disease-specific education and medical care services, it provides diabetic patients with professional, precise, and comprehensive one-stop management and care through lifestyle scenario interventions, regular follow-up tracking, and diverse treatment approaches. This system has served thousands of patients and has been widely recognized by them.

As a leading authority in the field of diabetes care in China, Runer Group is committed to establishing the country’s first distinctive tiered diagnosis and treatment system. This system is anchored by a chain of hospitals, supported by the Jindian Tangyi App (internet-based), and extended through service platforms comprising diabetes lifestyle centers, partner pharmacies, and community central hospitals. The group strives to build a highly professional internet-based cloud hospital for diabetes management. To ensure deep penetration of services, Runer has constructed a pyramid-shaped talent structure consisting of endocrinology experts, specialists, chronic disease management teams, service commissioners, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other professionals. Staffing each level of this hierarchy is currently an urgent priority for Runer Group.

Aligned with national healthcare systems and integrated with world-class health management models, and guided by the application of C&S’s 24/7 nursing care and its distinctive tiered diagnosis and treatment system, physicians and nurses can not only fully leverage their professional expertise to realize their social value, but also receive systematic training at a globally leading level, thereby enriching their practical knowledge beyond their core specialties. For medical professionals, this is more than just an employment platform—it is a career development platform.

To meet the demands of a fast-paced, high-speed market and to enable the Group to achieve comprehensive development more efficiently and effectively, Runer Group is now recruiting nearly 10,000 medical professionals across China with competitive compensation. We invite dedicated professionals in the healthcare sector, particularly those specializing in endocrinology, to join our warm yet challenging community. Together, we aim to build a leading diabetes O2O (Online-to-Offline) service group. Here, you will have multiple career path options: you may become a full-time employee at Jindian Diabetes Specialty Hospital, engage in multi-site practice to extend your professional value, or join the Jindian Tangyi APP platform to provide mobile health management services, among other opportunities.
