The central government has allocated 16 billion yuan in subsidy funds for urban and rural medical assistance, representing a 9.6% increase.

Integrate the basic medical insurance systems for urban and rural residents, with fiscal subsidies increasing from RMB 380 to RMB 420 per person per year.

To safeguard public health, we must accelerate the establishment of a unified and authoritative regulatory system for food and drug safety, strictly guarding every line of defense from farm to table and from laboratory to hospital, so that the people can eat with safety and confidence.
