This round of financing was led byL’Oréal/ L’OréalThe transaction was jointly funded by BOLD, the corporate venture capital fund under its umbrella, and U.S. asset management firm Weiss Asset Management LP.

Among them, BOLD, the venture capital arm of L’Oréal Group, will invest approximatelyKRW 10.5 billion, allocatedOver 70,000 sharesNew Shares.
