After passing the triple tests of registration, preliminary selection, and closed-door meetings, 12 teams finally defeated nearly 400 competitors to advance to the pitch session of the “Healthcare Partners” Innovative Collaboration Program Competition. On March 19, these 12 teams will sound the final horn in the Beijing “arena.”
Among the 12 teams shortlisted for the final pitch event of this competition, those focusing on medical technology and those emphasizing medical services each accounted for half. The cohort included both seasoned veterans from the internet healthcare sector, such as Palm Sugar Doctor (Zhangshang Tangyi) and Hangzhou Lianzhong, as well as rising stars like Jiuxin Medical (known for its automated external defibrillators).
Co-hosted by Pfizer China, Ping An Insurance, Tencent, and Legend Capital, this competition aims to integrate resources from all parties, enhance the healthcare ecosystem, achieve mutual benefits, explore innovative healthcare models that effectively benefit Chinese patients, and promote the development of China’s healthcare industry.
In accordance with the above principles, the Competition Organizing CommitteeComprehensive evaluation based on the project’s target market, business model, team background, and the completeness, attractiveness, and feasibility of its proposed collaboration plan., ultimately selecting these 12 projects from the 52 teams shortlisted for closed-door discussions.
