Yesterday, under the arrangement of the “Mobile Doctor” app, Zhi Xilong, head of Beijing Yihe Yunchuang Technology Co., Ltd., which provides remote pathology services, visited Puyang Oilfield General Hospital in Henan Province and Qingfeng County People’s Hospital, both affiliated with China Hospital Group. The discussions focused on jointly establishing a remote pathology diagnosis system, enabling more primary-care patients to receive pathological diagnoses from renowned specialists at tertiary Grade A hospitals locally. Following a confirmed cancer diagnosis, this approach aims to allow patients to receive international first-class treatment at their local hospitals, minimizing the need to be separated from their families.

Puyang Oilfield General Hospital is a large-scale, comprehensive Grade 3A hospital integrating medical care, teaching, scientific research, prevention, healthcare, and emergency services. It houses the first Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator in China and the second in Asia, with oncology treatment equipment surpassing that of Grade 3A hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. The hospital has established a remote consultation platform with the PLA General Hospital (301 Hospital) in Beijing, allowing patients to receive diagnoses and treatments from renowned specialists at 301 Hospital on-site. After returning home, patients can also conduct remote consultations with leading experts from top-tier Grade 3A hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou—such as Xu Gang, Deputy Director of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Peking University Cancer Hospital—through the "Mobile Doctor" app.

“Mobile Doctor” APP is the first mobile healthcare application in China to legally issue electronic prescriptions and enable medical insurance reimbursement in select provinces and cities. After establishing a complete online care loop comprising virtual consultations, electronic prescriptions, insurance reimbursement, and home medication delivery, the “Mobile Doctor” APP has begun integrating with offline professional medical service institutions. It engages in multi-dimensional medical service collaborations, including pathological diagnosis, overseas health check-ups, and early cancer screening. These initiatives help offline medical service partners implement online payment systems and integrate with electronic prescription services, thereby improving operational efficiency and enhancing user experience.

Currently, there are numerous institutions in China providing specialized medical services, with varying levels of quality. When asked about the reasons for signing cooperation agreements with the following companies, Zhou Yu, founder of the "Mobile Doctor" app, told reporters: "When selecting partners, we prioritize their professional expertise and service quality. The management team at Yihe Cloud Innovation consists of researchers from Osaka University and PhD and Master’s graduates who studied in Japan, bringing over a decade of experience in remote pathology technology from Japan, where such technology is most advanced. The educational background of the Youmai Medical team is also trustworthy. Generally, patient guides in medical tourism teams lack sufficient cultural and linguistic proficiency, particularly in professional medical foreign language translation. In contrast, Youmai’s patient guides are graduates of Fudan University and Tongji University, with many years of industry experience. Our market collaboration liaison team comprises professional physicians and returnees specializing in health policy. Communication with these high-caliber teams is smooth, facilitating consensus-building. We also welcome other outstanding medical service providers seeking to expand their business and meet electronic prescription needs to join the 'Mobile Doctor' platform, which has integrated extensive offline hospital resources, so that we may progress together."

It is reported that the “Mobile Doctor” app is collaborating with various offline medical service providers to leverage internet and telemedicine technologies in serving a broad base of grassroots users.
