On July 22, Shenzhen Das Intellitech Co., Ltd., a leading smart city service provider in China, entered into a strategic partnership with “Jiuyi 160” in the internet healthcare sector by establishing a “Smart Healthcare” industry fund in collaboration with Shenzhen Jiafucheng Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.

In the future, Das Intellitech and Shenzhen Ningyuan Technology (Jiuyi 160) will leverage their complementary resource advantages and business synergies to jointly build a user-centric, city-level health service ecosystem, accelerate the expansion of smart city and smart healthcare initiatives, and contribute to the "Healthy China" strategy.

Strategic Alliance: Building a City-Level Health Service Ecosystem

Das Intelligently and Shenzhen Jiafucheng jointly established a Smart Healthcare Industry Fund. Health 160 was the first major project invested in by this fund. Under the bond of capital, Health 160 and Das Intelligently reached a comprehensive strategic partnership to carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of smart healthcare.

Pursuant to the agreement, Das Intellitech and Shenzhen Ningyuan Technology (Jiuyi 160) will leverage their respective strengths to engage in in-depth cooperation across the following three key areas: In the realm of smart cities, they will build an internet-based tiered diagnosis and treatment system based on city-level medical information platforms, and provide value-added services for health big data applications, thereby offering technical platform and operational support to facilitate the national deepening of healthcare reform.

In the field of smart hospitals, we provide comprehensive solutions for smart hospital construction, creating green hospitals across their full lifecycle. By optimizing hospital service processes, we enhance operational efficiency and improve patient experience, delivering a one-stop “smart” hospital construction service. In the user services sector, we have built an internet-based health management platform oriented toward users, offering full-lifecycle medical and health services including health consultations, patient health education, and chronic disease management.

Complementary Advantages: Tripartite Collaboration for a Win-Win Outcome

Jianyi 160 is China’s leading internet healthcare service platform. With the vision of “building an online hospital for the Chinese people,” it is committed to helping the public improve their medical experience and creating an internet platform that connects individuals with medical and health services. Listed on the New Third Board in December 2015, Jianyi 160 became the first publicly traded company in China’s mobile healthcare sector. On one hand, Jianyi 160 continuously optimizes its hospital-based affiliated products; on the other, it has expanded from simple appointment registration to cover pre-consultation prevention, in-consultation payment, and post-consultation rehabilitation. Its product portfolio has also grown from serving hospitals and users to including doctors.

It has engaged in deep collaborations with numerous large public hospitals in provinces such as Anhui and Guizhou through models including Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). Meanwhile, it cooperates with local governments to build smart city platforms, striving to create an advanced regional smart healthcare service system.

This comprehensive strategic partnership with JiuYi160 represents a significant initiative by Das Intellitech to leverage its resources in hospital-side operations and city-level smart healthcare platforms, thereby extending its services to the patient side. By capitalizing on JiuYi160’s leading advantages in internet healthcare resources and robust operational capabilities, Das Intellitech will accelerate the implementation of its Smart City Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
