On August 2, Ping An Health Cloud and Ping An Pension Insurance jointly held a press conference in Wuhan, Hubei Province, officially launching the “Hospital One-Account Pass” platform. Leveraging this platform, Ping An Pension Insurance has further upgraded its services by introducing the “Express Claims” service.


Ping An’s “Hospital One-Account Pass” provides comprehensive medical consultation, refined management, and financial product upgrade services to users, medical institutions, insurance companies, and other partners. It enhances the patient experience and operational efficiency of healthcare providers, reshapes the product structure of commercial health insurance and future industry trends, and creates a new one-stop model integrating internet-based healthcare with commercial insurance.

This eliminates the need for traditional paper documents such as medical records, invoices, and claim application forms, facilitating electronic claim submission and review. Integrated with Ping An’s efficient payment system, it enables real-time transfer of claim payments, ushering in the “second-era” of commercial insurance claims. By providing ultra-fast claims services, it enhances customer experience while fundamentally mitigating the risk of fraudulent claims. The Express Claims service not only offers customers the most convenient claims experience but also embodies internet-centric design principles, meeting contemporary demands for green, eco-friendly, rapid, efficient, and accurate services.
