Based on this strategic vision, Aier Eye Hospital plans to advance and implement the initiative across the following three levels:

1. Build a unified IT infrastructure based on “cloud architecture” to achieve efficient, low-cost organic integration and systematic consolidation across information, business operations, technology, services, and management, thereby providing robust IT support for mobile healthcare; meanwhile, centering on “services,” upgrade and reengineer business processes to break through geographical and physical limitations in service coverage, enable 24/7 availability in service hours, and meet the dynamic needs of eye health in service content, thus fostering deep connectivity and interaction between hospitals and clients as well as between doctors and patients, comprehensively enhancing the clinical technical capabilities of hospitals at all levels and improving the service experience for clients nationwide.

2. 3. Actively deploy in fields such as intelligent image recognition, iris recognition, big data, artificial intelligence, smart healthcare, and the Internet of Things; incubate high-quality projects that combine technological advancement with market feasibility; and cultivate an eye health service ecosystem characterized by horizontal breadth, vertical depth, and dense synergy. This will comprehensively accelerate the development of China’s eye health sector, enable high-level competition and collaboration with the international ophthalmology and vision science community, and continuously provide users and patients with diversified and innovative eye health services.

2Implementation Progress of the Company's Mobile Healthcare Strategy

In accordance with the overall deployment of its mobile health strategy, Aier Eye Hospital has actively laid out its plans and implemented them in stages. On one hand, it is accelerating the upgrading and transformation of medical informatization to build advanced infrastructure for mobile health services. On the other hand, it is systematically establishing a grassroots service network, researching and investing in leading domestic and international mobile health projects, and integrating various social resources.

1. Accelerate the construction of next-generation healthcare information systems to enhance clinical technical capabilities and service experience through preliminary efforts

Aier Eye Hospital has essentially achieved comprehensive coverage of offline Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and, in accordance with the diverse operational requirements of its hospitals, has deployed specialized medical business support systems—including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)—to help enhance clinical technical capabilities and improve patient service experiences.

Next, while continuously meeting the informatization needs of newly opened hospitals, the Company will form strategic partnerships with leading domestic and international vendors to independently develop a new-generation Hospital Information System (AHIS). Leveraging a “Cloud × Service” mechanism, it will pioneer the construction of an IT service system that is service-centric, built on cloud architecture, and covers all institutions within the Aier system (including hospitals, clinics, etc.). Initially, this will encompass basic cloud-based HIS functionalities focused on medical and nursing services; subsequently, the Company will continue to research and develop other medical business support systems with independent intellectual property rights, such as EMR, PACS, and LIS.

The new-generation information system will adhere to the core mission of “continuously developing and meeting patient needs through a team-based medical model integrating clinical care and marketing.” With “safety, quality, management, and service” as its construction objectives, it will highlight “patient services, patient experience, and patient perception” as its distinguishing features. This initiative will make informatization a robust safeguard for the company’s efficient, standardized, and scientific operational management in the new era, while also laying a solid implementation foundation for the in-depth advancement of its mobile health strategy.
