In early 2015, U.S. President Obama proposed the Precision Medicine Initiative, instantly making “precision medicine” a hot topic worldwide and stirring up significant activity in the pharmaceutical and health industry markets. China also unveiled its own “Precision Medicine” plan this year. The National Health and Family Planning Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology successively convened expert meetings on the precision medicine strategy, planning to invest a total of RMB 60 billion by 2030.


Mini8 Plus Patent First Exposed

As the debut of the Mini8 Plus quantitative fluorescence PCR detection platform following its CFDA certification, this product launch event unveiled the design and patent details of the Mini8 Plus system to the public for the first time. Ms. Li Xiang, Founder and CEO of Coyote Bioscience, showcased the platform’s applications in rapid point-of-care molecular diagnostics, covering clinical healthcare, disease prevention and control, and primary health examinations.

Equipping clinicians with molecular diagnostics is Cayd’s approach to advancing precision medicine. Since the beginning of this year, Cayd Bio has engaged in a series of in-depth collaborations with Yu Xue Yuan, led by Dr. Cui, with the aim of taking the first step toward implementing precision medicine in the field of pediatrics through these initiatives.

Following the product launch, the Cayudi Public Welfare Tour was officially unveiled. It is reported that since the beginning of this year, Cayudi has continuously increased its investment in public welfare initiatives. Starting in May, it participated in the government’s “Benefit-the-People Project” in Yixing, Jiangsu Province, providing free precision health screenings to over 5,000 elderly individuals at the grassroots level. In July, it joined Dr. Cui Yutao in the “Hundred Experts Aid Gansu” public welfare project organized by the Han Hong Foundation, donating genetic testing services valued at RMB 100,000 to local residents affected by genetic disorders.
