TengAI Doctor Launches WeChat Historical Article Search to Empower Medical Practitioners' Official Accounts

Recently, the intelligent medical search feature on the TengAi Doctor platform has undergone a major upgrade, officially launching a WeChat historical article search function. This enhancement will permanently resolve the challenge of searching for articles across general healthcare-related official accounts.

Tengai Doctor launched the article search function for its WeChat Official Account material library in July this year, helping physicians manage their WeChat Official Accounts more efficiently. Since its introduction, the feature has received widespread acclaim from physician users and medical institutions. This upgrade introduces a search function for historical articles. When users leave comments with inquiries on a physician’s WeChat Official Account, the system automatically searches all historical articles and the material library based on keywords. Through semantic analysis and intelligent matching, it pushes article content relevant to the query keywords to users. Patients can independently access information on disease knowledge and management strategies within trusted physicians’ WeChat Official Accounts, enabling them to address various common health conditions.

Although similar functionality can be achieved by configuring custom menus on WeChat Official Accounts, this approach entails a substantial workload. Furthermore, physicians cannot fully anticipate the vast array of user queries, making it impossible to ensure accurate, intelligent recommendations of historical articles. In contrast, the results from Tengai Doctor’s intelligent medical search are based on the complete archive of historical articles and the full material library of the WeChat Official Account. It supports not only keyword searches but also natural language queries, and even features automatic error correction, ensuring that users still receive accurate search results even if they misspell medical terms.

Tengai Doctor is one of the two flagship products under the Tengai Medical strategy. Officially launched on March 10 this year, it has been committed to enhancing medical efficiency through internet technologies since its inception. To date, over 10,000 physicians and professional medical information media outlets have joined the platform.

Currently, the latest version of TengAi Doctor, featuring intelligent search for historical articles, is available for download on both the App Store and Android app markets. The intelligent search function has been opened to official accounts in the medical and general health sectors. In addition to individual doctors and medical institutions, it also supports self-media outlets specializing in medical news and health-related official accounts. To activate this feature, users must first contact the TengAi Nurse within the TengAi Doctor app to submit an application. Once approved, the feature can be enabled or disabled via “Workbench” > “My Official Account” in the TengAi Doctor app.

Tengai Doctor aims to enhance the utilization of professional medical popular science articles through its intelligent medical search function, while also alleviating the operational burden on physicians and operators of medical WeChat official accounts. Currently, all WeChat official accounts under Yixuejie (Medical Community), as well as renowned pan-medical accounts such as Voice of Medicine, Life Times, Hippocrates Medical Circle, Chinese Medical Doctors’ Liaison Station, Helix, Ultrasound Club, Kan Yi Jie (Seeing the Medical Field), Beike She (Shell Society), Dr. Pei, Peking Union Medical College Hospital’s Zhang Yu, Baiyi Shanmao (White-Coat Mountain Cat), Shaoshang Chaoren A Bao (Burn Superhero A Bao), and Xiao Dafu Manhua (Little Doctor Comics), have joined the Tengai Doctor platform. By leveraging the intelligent medical search function, these integrations have significantly improved physicians’ work efficiency, optimized doctor-patient communication pathways, and provided patients with convenient and easy access to professional medical information.
