Changhe Medical is dedicated to investing in, managing, and operating high-standard rehabilitation medical institutions. By introducing international rehabilitation concepts, technologies, and models, the company promotes the specialization and continuous innovation of rehabilitation medical services and management. The company has invested in and established a chain of diagnostic and treatment centers specializing in developmental-behavioral pediatrics and pediatric rehabilitation in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. In Kunming, it has invested in and built the Kunming Changhe Tiancheng Rehabilitation Hospital, which specializes in orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, neurological, pain, and geriatric rehabilitation, as well as the Richide Rehabilitation Center, which features early intervention in acute-phase rehabilitation.

The formal entry of Qiming Venture Partners will inject greater vitality into Changhe Medical and provide broader space for development. With Qiming’s support, Changhe will continue to strengthen strategic collaborations with domestic and international rehabilitation institutions and professionals, introduce international standards such as JCI and CARF, further promote the specialization and internationalization of its technical and expert teams, and maintain a leading position in China in medical and therapeutic technologies. It will also further standardize technical processes and operational management to sustain leadership in service and management within China. Over the next one to two years, the company will expand investments in new rehabilitation projects in first- and second-tier cities such as Hangzhou and Chengdu, reinforce its leading position in the niche sector of developmental-behavioral pediatrics and pediatric rehabilitation, gradually establish a competitive advantage in orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, pain, and neurological rehabilitation, and develop new specialized rehabilitation fields. This will enable the provision of more extensive and scientifically grounded rehabilitation medical services to a larger number of patients in acute, stable, and chronic phases, as well as others in need.
