ePeizhen Expands to Four New Cities, Covering Over 500 Grade-A Hospitals Nationwide

On October 31, e-Peizhen officially launched its operations in four cities: Chengdu, Jinan, Shenyang, and Hefei. Meanwhile, companion medical consultation services have been made available in 16 provincial capital cities, including Guiyang, Xi’an, Chongqing, and Harbin.

Apart from minor price differences, the companion medical consultation services offered in the first batch of franchise cities are identical to those in Beijing. Prior to the product launch, e-Peizhen conducted rigorous screening and training for local nurses in each franchise city. According to the head nurse supervisor, the training focused on two key areas: first, cultivating nurses’ proactive service mindset, as this competency directly impacts the user experience; and second, familiarizing them with local hospital departments, registration procedures, facility layouts, and service workflows.
