Early-stage venture capital and growth-stage private equity investment institutions
On November 12 at 10:00 a.m., the Ruihua Cardiac Rehabilitation Center, located in Building 9, Anzhenli Community No. 1, Chaoyang District, Beijing, was officially inaugurated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. At the event, congratulatory remarks were delivered by leaders from the Beijing Chaoyang District Health and Family Planning Commission; Kong Qingyu, Vice President of Beijing Anzhen Hospital, along with directors of various departments; Wang Chao, President of Peking University Medical Rehabilitation Hospital; and Cai Daqing, Managing Director of Legend Capital.
In today’s world, the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of heart disease have remained a top priority in medical research across countries. Heart disease can also pose significant harm to patient populations and often leads to irreversible, severe physical and neurological impairments.
Meanwhile, under the current state of extremely uneven distribution of cardiac surgery patients, major institutions such as Fuwai Hospital and Anzhen Hospital have a clear need for patient triage. They strongly desire specialized organizations to assume responsibility for pre- and post-operative rehabilitation services. This would shorten hospital stays at large tertiary hospitals, enhance patients’ rehabilitation experience, reduce costs, and help these major hospitals improve the utilization efficiency of their medical resources.

Pioneering a New Blue Ocean in China's Cardiac Rehabilitation Market
Ruihua Cardiac Rehabilitation Center is a medical institution invested by Ruihua Xinkang (Beijing) Hospital Management Co., Ltd. With cardiac rehabilitation as its core, it integrates medical care, teaching, and scientific research, and has currently established a medical consortium partnership with Beijing Anzhen Hospital.
Since 2009, Ruihua Xinkang’s core team has been dedicated to introducing the most advanced international cardiac rehabilitation knowledge and related equipment into China. Our rehabilitation professionals possess many years of experience in rehabilitative care, including specialists from renowned institutions such as Beijing Anzhen Hospital. Meanwhile, we have established long-term collaborative partnerships with prestigious rehabilitation institutions in Germany, Sweden, Japan, and other countries, which help train and supply professional rehabilitation talent for our center. In the process of introducing advanced foreign medical diagnostic and therapeutic technologies and concepts, Ruihua Xinkang has translated hundreds of academic papers on cardiac rehabilitation, participated in more than 20 international cardiac rehabilitation conferences, and built close collaborations with leading cardiac rehabilitation medical institutions, professional societies, and distinguished experts and scholars from Germany, Sweden, Japan, and elsewhere, conducting multiple specialized technical exchanges and visits.
In the future, Ruihua Xinkang will launch the “Ruihua International Cardiac Rehabilitation Research Center” to introduce and absorb advanced international concepts and medical technologies. By integrating China’s national conditions and ethnic characteristics, it will research and develop cardiac rehabilitation medical technologies specifically tailored for the Chinese population, and establish China’s own cardiac rehabilitation standards based on data analysis. On the software front, over the past two years, it has custom-developed the country’s first personal cardiac rehabilitation management system (including a mobile app) and hospital-based cardiac rehabilitation management system.
To open 10 chain cardiac rehabilitation centers within five years
Ruihua Xinkang will strategically position itself in two key sectors: medical product R&D and medical education. By establishing China’s first international cardiac rehabilitation R&D center, the company will focus on developing intelligent cardiac rehabilitation systems and personal cardiac rehabilitation solutions, creating a comprehensive, automated workflow that spans assessment, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation training. Additionally, by founding China’s first cardiac rehabilitation training institution, it will build its own professional medical training and teaching center while collaborating with other healthcare institutions to establish joint medical training bases.
According to Mr. Lu Jien, CEO of Ruihua Xinkang, the company has secured investment from Legend Capital and plans to establish a chain of cardiac rehabilitation centers in first-tier cities within five years, with an expected scale of approximately 10 facilities.
