Yao Lei, Director of the Information Center at the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University, delivered a special presentation on the hospital’s “Internet Hospital” medical cloud service platform.Director Yao pointed out that the "Internet Hospital" of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University is led by the hospital itself, relying on the "Global Imaging" medical cloud service platform, constructed by radiating to subordinate medical institutionsNetwork Hospital System.

Director Yao elaborated on the "Internet Hospital" from three perspectives: currently operational services, initiatives under development, and planned future offerings. Five major service functions have already been launched: online appointment registration, laboratory report inquiry, medical imaging access, virtual consultation rooms (via video and messaging), and a specialized vertical clinic for rheumatology and immunology. Through the Inner Mongolia Affiliated Hospital's "Internet Hospital," information barriers will be thoroughly dismantled in the future, creating a one-stop service for patients in the Inner Mongolia region that spans from consultation to medication procurement and health management. This approach will seamlessly integrate the six types of relationships among the three key stakeholders—hospitals, physicians, and patients—thereby establishing an industry closed loop and advancing precision medicine.
In his concluding remarks, Minister Sun expressed the hope that member hospitals would swiftly achieve interoperability through the Global Imaging “Network Hospital” Medical Cloud Service Platform, thereby genuinely advancing collaborative services such as remote consultations and remote imaging diagnosis. Centered on the coordinated reform of healthcare, health insurance, and pharmaceuticals (the “Three-Medical Linkage”), this initiative aims to implement genuine two-way patient referrals and realize equitable healthcare access.
During the process of hospital reform and development, it is essential to continuously broaden perspectives and shift mindsets. This training program represents a beneficial exploration of new models for medical service delivery. AndThe “Network Hospital” Medical Cloud Service Platform at the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University, built by Lianzhong Medical, serves as a refreshing benchmark, providing member hospitals with a practical model for Internet-plus-healthcare applications.Leveraging Lianzhong Medical’s technological advantages and extensive experience in operational implementation, we believe that the “Internet Hospital” platform will significantly enhance the accessibility and equity of healthcare services, benefiting more people across broader regions in the future, thereby generating greater social impact.
