On January 5, 2017, iCarbonX, together with its digital life ecosystem partners, officially launched Meum™, a digital health management platform, and invested RMB 400 million to establish the Digital Life Alliance.

iCarbonX founder Wang Jun defined thisA Brand-New Digital Health Management Platform, Wang Jun stated that Miwo™ demonstrates the infinite possibilities of one’s future and provides personalized solutions to realize these possibilities.

Wang Jun stated that the Miwo™ platform will leverage data to empower life. The purpose isHelping individuals decode their lives from the inside out, from root to branch, and across multiple levels and dimensions, enabling them to truly understand their present selves, anticipate future trends, explore diverse potential futures under different courses of action, and take corresponding steps to become better versions of themselves.

In the Miwo “World,” users can experience digital life detection kits with varying levels of cognitive precision, explore metric dimensions covering a wide range of health scenarios, and thereby continuously unlock personalized solutions for precise beauty and skincare, exercise training, weight management, and more.Various intervention protocols and health management applications.

The Miwo™ platform is bySupported by high-efficiency databases and computing systems built on life science big data. This database encompasses multi-omics data across more than 10 distinct levels of the life panorama, integrating information derived from genetics, molecular dynamics, phenotypes, and behavior, among over 109individual indicators and their time series of interactions,Precisely replicate the dynamic processes of human life in a silicon-based world

Meanwhile, the Miwo™ platform connects digital lives across individuals, facilitating mutual assistance through feedback, sharing, and comparison. This enables the platform to continuously self-learn, improve, and discover new insights, thereby better serving both users and the broader community. For partners providing health solutions, the Miwo™ platform helps enhance the user value of their products, identify more precise target audiences, facilitate digital personalized transformation, and immediately improve user outcomes.

Building the Miwo™ Platform from Multiple Dimensions

On the Miwo™ platform, SomaLogic and HealthTell from the iCarbonX ecosystem,Key patented technologies in the upstream segment of the digital life sector will be provided from both proteomics and immune repertoire sequencing perspectives., in the future, high-throughput omics testing and assisted diagnosis will be conducted through customized chips, increasing the digital abundance of life for the subjects under examination.

And inMidstream Data Analysis and ManagementWithin the ecosystem, PatientsLikeMe will provide patient data from a cohort of 500,000 individuals to establish a large-scale multi-omics comparative analysis database. Additionally, Imagu Vision Technologies, an Israeli artificial intelligence company within the ecosystem, will leverage its expertise in image recognition and machine learning to provide corresponding analytical technical support.

InDownstream Application Solutions Segment, from AOBiome in the ecosystem, will offer personalized beauty and skincare products leveraging its unique skin microbiome analysis technology.

Investing Approximately $400 Million to Build the Digital Life Alliance

Meanwhile, Wang Jun also stated that iCarbonX aims to build a Digital Life Alliance to accelerate the development of a global health ecosystem. Currently, seven companies have joined the iCarbonX Digital Life Alliance. The Alliance will join forces to help the public gain a deeper understanding of how medical care, behavioral habits, and environmental factors influence individual disease and health.

Wang Jun also announced that the iCarbonX ecosystem has invested a total of approximately $400 million in seven companies that have joined the alliance: SomaLogic, HealthTell, PatientsLikeMe, AOBiome, GALT, Imagu, and Tianjin Strong Micro Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

iCarbonX’s Digital Life Alliance integrates top global companies specializing in life sciences, health networks, sequencing, and artificial intelligence technology applications. The alliance’s mission is to leverage gene sequencing and artificial intelligence technologies to integrate genetic, biological, and patient-reported data, thereby rapidly detecting actionable signals related to health, disease, and aging, and providing personalized healthy-living guidance for each individual.

Wang Jun stated, “If we can successfully integrate traditionally fragmented sectors into a cohesive ecosystem, we will have achieved this ambitious goal. These alliance companies help elevate iCarbonX’s proprietary artificial intelligence and data mining analytics technologies to new heights, while also providing iCarbonX with diverse foundational capabilities to rapidly achieve this objective.”

Wang Jun added that this ecosystem emerged against the backdrop of an era characterized by mature technologies for monitoring and processing biological data and linking these data to individuals. These technologies will drive transformative changes, offering profound insights that go far beyond the superficial understanding of genetics.

“Nowadays, it is widely recognized that genes can influence human health. However, how can we make this common knowledge more useful? We need to understand the real-time changes in our bodies related to disease and aging, as well as how our daily lifestyle choices affect these processes,” said Wang Jun. “This ecosystem can connect individual biological data with personal experiences, while generating practical, predictive algorithms that reveal individualized differences in physiological functions among different people and the diversity of their responses to treatment.”

“We will be able to provide a ‘digital self,’ i.e., a personalized health and wellness manager, while offering the health industry a more effective, precise, and cost-efficient system to drive the research and development of additional disease treatments and the introduction of therapeutic regimens.”

Background of Members of the Digital Life Alliance

The Digital Life Alliance encompasses the most innovative companies in biotechnology, patient networks, sequencing, and artificial intelligence technologies and applications:

SomaLogic, providing groundbreaking, convenient protein detection technology (real-time detection of biomolecules) to deliver the critical molecular information needed by researchers, patients, and clinicians, thereby enabling lifelong health monitoring and management, including understanding disease onset and progression, as well as identifying and rapidly testing effective treatment regimens.

HealthTell, has developed a series of Immunosignature™ technologies to help alliance members gain valuable insights into how individual immune systems respond to various medical conditions, behavioral habits, and environmental factors.

PatientsLikeMe, the world's first personalized patient social network, provides a direct-to-consumer platform that integrates, analyzes, and presents individualized health information for each person. To date, more than 500,000 people have been using patientslikeme.com to digitize and share their disease experiences, while improving prognostic treatment outcomes.
