Jinshengda and Hushitong Partner to Build Cloud Hospitals with Remote Consultation System, File IPO Prospectus

Recently, Zhejiang Hushi Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Jinshengda Health Management Co., Ltd. held a formal signing ceremony at the headquarters of Hushi Technology in Hangzhou. In the coming period, Hushi Technology will provide Jinshengda with the Holyvision remote consultation system, delivering SaaS-based remote video consultation services to Jinshengda’s medical clients.

Beijing Jinshengda Health Management Co., Ltd. is a platform that leverages information technologies such as cloud computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and mobile internet to provide comprehensive services including telemedicine and health management.
