Harbour BioMed and BioMap Announce Joint Venture MegaStream TechBio to Advance AI-Driven Complex Biologics Pipeline

On June 15, Harbour BioMed and BioMap jointly announced that they would establish a comprehensive strategic partnership to co-found MegaStream Techbio, a novel AI-driven pipeline R&D company targeting the global market.

Harbour BioMed will provide MegaStream with access to its fully human antibody platform, accumulated target biology expertise, and global clinical development capabilities; BioMap will empower MegaStream with foundational AI technologies, model engineering support, and intelligent R&D capabilities.

MegaStream’s initial pipeline comprises AI-driven drug discovery projects from the parties’ prior collaboration, together with newly initiated AI-native pipeline development projects. The initiating parties shall be entitled to potential upfront payments, success-based milestones, and royalty shares in accordance with industry standards.
