Since 2014, the government has successively issued documents such as the “Work Plan for Comprehensively Enhancing the Comprehensive Capabilities of County-Level Hospitals,” the “Outline of the National Medical and Health Service System Planning,” and the “Notice on Promoting Pilot Programs for Tiered Diagnosis and Treatment,” explicitly encouraging the gradual promotion of a day-surgery model characterized by division of labor and collaboration among tertiary hospitals, secondary hospitals in collaborative relationships with them, and primary healthcare institutions. As a large Grade A tertiary hospital, the General Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army (formerly known as the Army General Hospital) boasts extensive experience and advanced infrastructure in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases within its Department of Cardiology, which constitutes a key reason for Qingying Medical’s decision to partner with it.

On the other hand, the gradual improvement of medical insurance policies has significantly reduced the healthcare burden for urban and rural residents.
