She spearheaded the entire process, including architectural planning, partner recruitment, startup selection, event organization, and corporate training, while establishing close ties with China’s startup ecosystem, potential investors, and media to jointly support the group’s growth and development. Previously, she led her own startup to participate in Bayer’s “Grants4Apps” incubator program in Berlin in 2015.
