2017 4th Nobel Prize Laureate Medical Summit Prospectus

The 4th Nobel Laureates Medical Summit will be grandly held in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, from September 14 to 16, 2017. Themed “Science: The Interplay Between Fact and Fiction,” the summit features four thematic forums and brings together five Nobel laureates, more than ten academicians from China and abroad, over 100 authoritative experts, as well as representatives from more than 500 investment institutions, listed companies, and enterprises. Focusing on cutting-edge international medical topics, participants will jointly explore the integration and mutual learning of modern and traditional medicine, discuss broader perspectives on comprehensive health, and collectively promote the advancement of medical endeavors in China and worldwide. Highlight 1 Dialogue with a Nobel Laureate

The High-Level Dialogue session will invite academicians and renowned experts to engage in discussions with multiple Nobel Laureates, exploring the factual truths behind major issues currently overlooked globally, including climate change, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and risks associated with various energy sources.

Highlight 2 “Nobel Prize Stars” Unveiled

The “Nobel Prize Star” selection program aims to identify outstanding mid-career and young experts who have made significant contributions to the fields of life sciences and medicine, providing them with opportunities for academic exchange with several Nobel laureate laboratories that represent the pinnacle of global scientific research achievements. To date, 11 distinguished mid-career and young scientists have been honored with the “Nobel Prize Star” title.

Highlight 3 “Nobel Laureates in China” Series

The 2017 Nobel Laureates Medical Summit, targeting various industrial parks, research institutions, hospitals, and medical colleges in Guiyang City, organized the “Nobel Laureates China Tour” series of activities, featuring Nobel laureates and renowned domestic and international experts.

1、International Summit on Precision Medicine

Centering on the integration of government, industry, academia, research, and application, this discussion delves into key areas such as the latest advancements in precision medicine, development models, industrialization, and clinical application prospects.

2、World Youth Innovation Forum

To provide a unique platform for intellectual exchange among outstanding young scholars from home and abroad, early- and mid-career scientists, talent from technology innovation enterprises, and Nobel laureates.

3、Forum on the Innovative Development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry

Promoting the overseas development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), particularly Miao medicine and Miao herbal remedies, while exploring international trends in the wellness and health industries, and analyzing the pain points and challenges in the development of the medical tourism and elderly care sectors.

4、International Biopharmaceutical Industry Forum
