On October 15, at the Medical Sub-forum of the 7th China Management Global Forum held in Shanghai, Chunyu Doctor and Kingdee Healthcare officially entered into a strategic partnership. This marks another significant milestone in Chunyu Doctor’s “Empowering Hospitals” strategy, following the launch of its first internet diagnosis and treatment platform co-developed with a physical hospital.

Zhang Kun, CEO of Chunyu Yisheng, and Yin Zhiguo, General Manager of Kingdee Medical, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective parties. Under the agreement, the two sides will collaborate in areas including comprehensive solutions for mobile internet hospitals, business operations of mobile internet hospitals, and optimization of hospital service efficiency, jointly exploring new models of “Internet healthcare” services.

This collaboration is expected to drive comprehensive evolution in the products, services, and operations of internet hospitals, while exploring new business models aligned with internet diagnosis and treatment regulations.
Yin Zhiguo, General Manager of Kingdee Medical, pointed out that Chunyu Doctor is a pioneer in China’s mobile health sector and possesses strong consumer-side (C-end) operational capabilities in the field of mobile healthcare. As a leader in mobile internet hospitals, Kingdee Medical has been dedicated to facilitating the digital transformation of hospitals, boasting robust capabilities in connecting with the hospital business side (B-end) and supporting hospital information system construction. Through this collaboration, Kingdee Medical’s connectivity capabilities on the hospital side will be integrated with Chunyu Doctor’s patient-side operational expertise, jointly helping hospitals explore new business models for “mobile internet hospitals” and better achieving connectivity between hospitals and patients, as well as between doctors and patients.
As a renowned enterprise in China’s mobile healthcare industry, Chunyu Yisheng (Spring Rain Doctor) has optimized its development strategy and positioning this year. While maintaining its advantages in technology, products, services, and operations on the doctor-patient connection front, the company has begun to export its internet-enabled capabilities to hospitals. In August 2017, Chunyu Yisheng established a new “Internet Diagnosis and Treatment Platform” with Hebei Yanda Hospital. The current collaboration with Kingdee Medical is expected to explore more diverse business models in this field.
