Under Review by Judges
That afternoon, the competing projects took the stage one after another for their “roadshows” in the semi-finals. Among them, the project from Heilongjiang, “Tuomeng Technology”, is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development, and application of 3D reconstruction for medical imaging and 3D printing technologies. The company already won honors in the finals of the Internet and Mobile Internet Industry category at the 5th Competition, and will once again “compete” with its peers in the field of precision medicine. This enterprise can provide comprehensive personalized and precision medicine solutions, and is the first company in China to advocate and implement a complete set of solutions for medical 3D printing.
To strengthen the clinical translation and scientific research of medical 3D printing technology, the company has collaborated with multiple large general and specialized hospitals in China to jointly establish Clinical Application and Research Centers for Medical 3D Printing Technology, providing customized software development for hospital departments.
There are also “Huidu Medical”, the company is an international high-tech enterprise focused on early cancer screening and personalized medicine. Its team members hail from top-tier industry and academic institutions worldwide, and it has developed a second-generation liquid biopsy technology based on combined RNA and DNA detection. Jia Shidong, the company’s CEO, stated in a media interview: “Eastern medicine is like observing patients through a telescope, while Western medicine is like examining them under a microscope. Precision medicine requires integrating the profound wisdom of the East with the precise, quantitative science of the West, achieving a combination of depth and breadth between medicine and philosophy.”
“Huidu Medical” adheres to the professional standard that “the starting point is the industry pinnacle.” From its inception, the company has been positioned to address clinically significant problems that currently lack effective solutions, particularly focusing on common cancers in China. By leveraging next-generation sequencing (NGS) to precisely detect gene variants on trace amounts of cell-free RNA (cfRNA) and cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in the blood, this project achieves combined molecular detection at both the cancer DNA genomic and RNA transcriptomic levels. This technology overcomes the current limitation of liquid biopsies being restricted to DNA analysis, enabling a true “comprehensive liquid biopsy” and offering new hope to clinical cancer patients. This mission represents the original aspiration behind the founding of “Huidu Medical.”The project successfully advanced in first place within its group.
There are also “Smart Healthcare Explorer“The team participated in this professional competition with a mindset geared toward learning, experiencing, and exchanging ideas. Their project is a mobile-based intelligent PACS system, a novel concept that streamlines and simplifies traditional PACS.”
This system was co-developed with Xi’an Honghui Hospital, enabling physicians to seamlessly access and view standardized DICOM data stored in the system directly via mobile devices, offering exceptional operational convenience. Patients need only upload medical images on the PC end, allowing physicians to provide image interpretation and advisory services via either mobile or PC platforms.
In the initial phase, the project’s mobile platform will be accessible via Alipay Mini Programs and WeChat Official Accounts. Once the system matures, the team will integrate its deep learning–medical healthcare innovations into the platform, leveraging deep learning technologies to enable services such as automated image interpretation, thereby realizing a truly intelligent mobile PACS system.
Ultimately,8 Enterprises and 6 TeamsSuccessfully breaking through, they will take the stage in the finals of this professional competition.
