Guangxi Rehabilitation Hospital is located adjacent to the Yiyuan Guangxi Senior Apartments, which were completed in 2016. According to reports, the Guangxi project, which includes both the senior apartments and the rehabilitation hospital, is Vanke’s first integrated medical and elderly care initiative. It also serves as a benchmark for Vanke’s active development of “integrated medical and elderly care” in Beijing, with the aim of exploring a model of elderly care and medical services that better meets the needs and preferences of the urban population.

It is reported that Vanke will establish an independent hospital management and medical team to implement management and service standards, ensuring the daily operations of Guangxi Rehabilitation Hospital. Beijing Enterprises Holdings Group will also introduce its state-owned enterprise management expertise and resource advantages to Guangxi Rehabilitation Hospital, ensuring the hospital’s sound development in the direction of public welfare, affordability, and service quality.
