As the "Two Sessions" concluded, tiered diagnosis and treatment, primary healthcare, and family doctor services have drawn widespread attention from all sectors. Although community-based medical care is developing rapidly, many challenges remain, such as a monolithic clinic management model, insufficient experience in chronic disease management, and an imperfect contract-based service model for family doctors.
To address these questions, the inaugural “International Forum on Community Healthcare and Chronic Disease Management” will be held on May 4, 2018, at the Hangzhou Xixi Hotel. The forum is jointly organized by the Community Branch of the China Health Promotion and Education Association and the Zhejiang Health Service Industry Promotion Association, and undertaken by Zhejiang Huafang Medical Nursing Co., Ltd.
This conference features both domestic and international experts sharing research on chronic disease management to provide guidance for community healthcare practitioners, as well as insights into foreign community clinic models and chronic disease management practices. Participants will jointly explore overseas clinic management frameworks, offering advanced model-based experience to community healthcare providers. Additionally, the event addresses topics of greatest concern to primary care professionals, including investors’ perspectives on community-based chronic disease management, and explores integrated models encompassing technology, operational frameworks, and investment strategies in primary care and chronic disease management.
The invited guests for the forum are as follows:
