Sichuan Provincial Renowned Doctors Alliance Advances Healthcare Digitalization with Strategic IPO Filing

On March 9, 2018, the “2018 Western Hospital Informatics Conference,” jointly organized by the Sichuan Provincial Hospital Association, HC3i China Digital Healthcare Network, and the Mobile Healthcare Committee of the Zhongguancun Mobile Internet Industry Alliance, and guided by the Sichuan Health Information Society, was grandly held at the New Century City International Convention and Exhibition Center in Chengdu. Themed “Transformation · Advancement,” the conference explored innovative pathways and breakthroughs in healthcare informatization development.

As a key agenda item of the conference, the Sichuan Health Information Association formally announced that it would join hands with Chengdu Lele Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lele Cloud”) to promote the construction and development of the Sichuan Famous Doctors Alliance, thereby accelerating the pace of medical informatization in Sichuan Province.

Affiliated with the Sichuan Health Information Society and hosted by West China Hospital of Sichuan University, the Sichuan Provincial Famous Doctors Alliance is a special committee dedicated to advancing informatization in health and family planning. It aims to integrate high-quality medical resources and leverage the expertise of renowned physicians by harnessing emerging information technologies. This initiative seeks to achieve a seamless integration of the Alliance’s collective intellectual capital with cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things (IoT), and mobile internet. With a focus on primary care, it strives to provide superior medical services to the general public. Furthermore, it aims to establish a unified platform for health and medical data sharing, accelerate the development of a people-centered model of health services, and realize an integrated online-offline service framework characterized by “human execution, data circulation, and cloud computation.” Additionally, it endeavors to promote the growth of the “Internet + Health and Medical Care” industry, creating new poles of economic growth and providing fresh drivers and momentum for economic development.

Lele Cloud Company is responsible for developing the Famous Doctors Alliance Headquarters Base, spanning over 10,000 square meters. The base comprises five major centers: the International Academic Conference Center, the New Technology Exhibition Center, the Health and Medical Information Center, the Remote Training Center for Physician Education, and the Guidance Center for Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Healthcare. With a focus on advancing the “Internet + Tiered Diagnosis and Treatment” system, establishing a high-level medical talent education and training framework, building a unified health and medical data-sharing platform, creating a health and medical research and industrial park, and operating the Guidance Center for Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Healthcare, the company aims to drive the rapid development of the Sichuan Province Famous Doctors Alliance.
