In April 2018, the National Clinical Research Center for Mental and Psychological Disorders at Beijing Anding Hospital entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with DXY, announcing that they would adhere to the principles of “leveraging strengths, mutual benefit, and win-win development” to carry out comprehensive and in-depth collaboration in areas such as education and training, health promotion, conference organization, and guideline dissemination.

Beijing Anding Hospital, Capital Medical University, founded in 1914, is a psychiatric medical institution directly affiliated with the Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals and a Grade A tertiary specialized hospital. In 2000, it became the School of Mental Health of Capital Medical University, the first school of mental health in China. In 2014, it was approved as the National Clinical Research Center for Mental and Psychological Disorders (hereinafter referred to as the “National Center”).

Since its establishment in October 2014, the National Center has been committed to becoming a research, organizational, service, and dissemination hub for clinical and translational research on mental and psychological disorders, in accordance with international standards. As the Center’s operations have progressively expanded, its organizational structure has become increasingly robust, its team has continued to grow, its collaborative research network has taken shape, high-level scientific collaborations have increased, its research outputs have steadily accumulated, and its influence has gradually emerged.

Dingxiang Yuan is China’s largest connector in the healthcare sector and a leading provider of professional digital services. Over the past 17 years, Dingxiang Yuan has established the country’s largest medical academic forum and a suite of mobile products, and has fully funded the development of offline clinics. Through its platform for sharing professional and authoritative content, extensive and comprehensive data assets, and standardized, high-quality medical services, Dingxiang Yuan connects hospitals, physicians, researchers, patients, biopharmaceutical companies, and insurers. It serves tens of millions of general users and boasts 5.5 million professional users, including 2 million physicians.

Since March 2017, the National Center has launched “Anding Hospital Depression Time” on the “Dingxiang Boka” platform under DXY, inviting renowned clinical experts such as Professor Cai Zhuoji, Professor Zheng Yi, and Director Xi Yingjun to deliver online courses, which have received widespread acclaim from physicians in this specialty.

Building on this foundation, both parties have jointly decided to further deepen their collaboration by integrating the superior resources and specialized teams of Anding Hospital. They have successively launched a series of courses covering various themes, including specific diseases, special populations, treatments, and research. These initiatives aim to disseminate the most clinically relevant experience, the latest research findings, and the highest-quality educational resources to psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical researchers, and clinicians in other related specialties through the most accessible channels.

Dingxiang Yuan has joined hands with the National Clinical Research Center for Mental and Psychological Disorders at Beijing Anding Hospital to better promote the dissemination of medical information, the teaching of medical knowledge, the spread of medical culture, and the inheritance of medical civilization in the field of mental and psychological disorders. This collaboration aims to facilitate the accumulation and promotion of clinical and research achievements across various subspecialties, thereby cultivating competent, outstanding, and exceptional medical professionals.

According to the "2017 Report on the Digital Lives of Chinese Doctors and Patients," doctors spend an average of 29.2 hours online per week, with 15.5 hours dedicated to medical-related activities. The two areas of greatest interest to physicians are medical knowledge and information, as well as medical literature and guidelines. Therefore, DXY’s Academic Expansion Team will focus on guideline promotion, education and training, and health education. Through specialized columns and strategic initiatives, the team will deliver tailored course sharing on the DXY Zhihui platform. In collaboration with the National Center at Beijing Anding Hospital, it will jointly advance the construction of a nationwide collaborative network for mental and psychological disorders, enhance the comprehensive prevention and control capabilities of medical institutions at all levels and of all types, and promote the widespread dissemination of disease prevention knowledge and healthy lifestyles among the general public.
