Recently, Haodf Online announced the official launch of its Doctor Services Open Platform, offering free access to core medical resources for enterprises. Enterprises can now apply independently to join the platform via open.haodf.com, share medical resources, acquire medical service capabilities, and receive revenue sharing.

It is reported that Haodf Online boasts China’s largest online triage, medical assistant, and quality supervision team. With 12 years of in-depth industry experience, the platform has indexed 550,000 physicians from over 8,900 accredited hospitals across 31 provinces and municipalities nationwide. Among them, 180,000 physicians provide services on the platform; 72% are affiliated with Grade 3A hospitals, and 84% hold the title of attending physician or higher.

A relevant official from Haodf Online revealed that one of Haodf’s strategic directions in 2018 was “open collaboration.”

The launch of the open platform marks the formal opening of resources to external parties, empowering partners with robust healthcare service capabilities.Currently, the platform’s open services include text-and-image consultations, phone consultations, and Express Phone. In the future, it will cover all services offered by Haodf.

The open-platform model marks another major move by Haodf Online, following its 2016 collaboration with the Yinchuan Municipal Government to co-establish a smart internet hospital. At a time when the Chinese government is vigorously promoting “Internet + Healthcare,” Haodf Online, as an industry leader, has announced its open-cooperation strategy, which will help drive diversified and multi-tiered supply of medical resources and spur service upgrades across the healthcare industry.

On the other hand, for industries with relatively high barriers to entry, such as healthcare, the challenge of rapidly integrating high-quality medical resources to provide continuous services to users constitutes a significant obstacle hindering the development of healthcare services by numerous enterprises and platforms.Haodf Online is opening up its medical resources, which will significantly lower the threshold for insurance, banking, health, and maternal-and-child platforms to access medical services, thereby reducing the high costs these platforms incur from building their own medical service divisions.

“After twelve years of honing our craft, Haodaifu has continuously refined its products and services. We are now confident and capable of providing online medical services to users across China,” said the person in charge.
